The people behind the mission
Co-founders Leneila Lynne and Justin Koschitzke bring together technology, agriculture, elite sport and mental health advocacy — united by a shared vision: inclusive, human-centred AI that helps people learn, stay safe and flourish.

AI & Innovation
Ethical AI for human-centred wellbeing
Born in Victoria and raised in rural New Zealand, Leneila was shaped by a deep respect for hard work, community and inclusivity. With a background in digital marketing, innovation and artificial intelligence, she brings an entrepreneurial mindset grounded in both strategic thinking and human insight.
Her passion lies in human behaviour — understanding how people think, learn and connect at an individual level. She is a strong advocate for AI as a force for good, using it to shape modern learning experiences that adapt to people in meaningful ways.
Above all, Leneila is a wellness advocate with a genuine passion to see people flourish — not simply comply. She believes wellbeing is the foundation everything else is built on: when people feel supported, seen and safe, they learn faster, speak up sooner and go home well.

Co-founder & mental health advocate
From AFL fields to the forefront of mental health advocacy
A former St Kilda Saints AFL player, Justin brings lived experience from a 5,000-acre broad-acre farm in Brocklesby, NSW. Today he is one of Australia's most sought-after mental health speakers, working with organisations, sporting clubs and farming communities across the country.
His career was as much about grit and high performance as his work now is about vulnerability and advocacy. Having performed under the spotlight and carried the expectations of thousands, Justin understands the mental fortitude required to not just survive but thrive in demanding environments — and the cost of the stoic silence still worn as a badge of honour in rural and blue-collar workplaces.
In safety terms, he has seen first-hand how communication gaps and unspoken distress cost lives. Mental health is not separate from safety: a distracted, exhausted or isolated worker is a worker at risk. That conviction shapes how Flourish360 approaches psychosocial risk — with empathy, plain language and a real path to support.
The conversations Justin takes into workplaces
Storytelling blended with practical methodology — for boardrooms, sheds, sporting clubs and farm kitchens alike.
Justin has worked alongside organisations including Movember, PukaUp, the Danny Frawley Centre, St Kilda Football Club and The Nelson Twins.
